The Appointment Cancellation and Reschedule Windows are as follows:
We require 6 hours notice for the cancellation of ALL appointments. Any client who cancels with less than 6 hours notice, or does not show up for their scheduled appointment, will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. We will require a credit card to reserve appointments online, on our app or via phone.
We kindly request that you call, or email the WAXON location to cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours prior to your appointment time. You may also cancel or modify your appointment using the WAXON mobile app.
